DIY Brightening face mask


If you have dark spots or is in need of a quick and easy brightening face mask then turmeric is your answer!
Turmeric has amazing benefits such as:
  • Cures acne
  • Heals wounds
  • Prevents skin damage
  • Tightens your skin
  • Gives you a glowing skin
  • Lightens your facial hair
  • An exfoliating agent
There are different variations for turmeric masks,
Option 1: Mix together the following ingredients into a paste. Leave for 20 minutes then rinse off with water and pat dry. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons of Gram flour also known as garbanzo bean flour, chickpea flour or besan.
  • 1 teaspoon of almond oil
  • Milk
Option 2: Mix together the following ingredients into a paste. Leave for 15-20 minutes then rinse off with water and pat dry. 
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of honey
Try this twice a week for the best results.
